Aubmala is in the form of a finely ground powder (flour) made from 100% Aubergine. It is mixed with Psyllium Husk which binds it together to give it the mouldable texture similar to the well loved amala.
- It is gluten free, a perfect replacement for the popular (Amala Isu) from the Yoruba culture. It allows you to eat your swallow without the fear of consuming heavy carbs.
- It is very easy to prepare. Simply add water, stir until it forms a consistent paste. Serve with your choicest Soup. (Consume within 3 minutes after cooking)
